Help needed from our community

As we continually strive to improve Clockhouse in order to make it the best it can be for your children we are always looking to gather the views of our parent population.

We therefore ask, if you have 5 minutes to spare, that you complete the school's Parent View questionnaire which can be found on the Ofsted website by following the link below:

You can also view what other parents think of the school.

As always we thank you for your continued support and please feel free to discuss any arising matters with us.

Are you interested in cycle training?

Attendance and Punctuality really does matter!

Please be aware of this letter which came home in your child's report regarding attendance and punctuality this week.

Year 1 visit Southend

Year 1 had a fantastic day at the seaside earlier this term.

They thoroughly enjoyed their time at the Sealife Centre and then got to play on the beach. Their behaviour was impeccable and they certainly were fantastic Clockhouse Citizens.

Well done Year 1.

Meet the teacher, visit the class

All the children seemed to have a great time meeting their new teachers today and being in their new year groups. The staff enjoyed themselves too and are excitied about next year. Well done everyone.

Here are a few pictures of some of us in our new classes!

Making the Impossible Possible - Going Above the Above and Beyond the Beyond Celebration

Hot Chocolate with the Head!

As you all know we are constantly striving to improve Clockhouse for your children.

This year we are all working at 'Making the Impossible Possible - Going Above the Above and Beyond the Beyond' to ensure our school is a fabulous place to be. Each week, the Heads of Year as well as Miss Ward, Miss Ettridge and Mrs Savidge choose a person (child or adult) who has been seen to do this!

This week the following Clockhouse Citizens have been seen to 'Making the Impossible Possible - Going Above the Above and Beyond the Beyond':

Reception - Adam B for working so hard to learn his tricky words.
Year 1 - Dorina B for making excellent progress and for being a fantastic role model to others.
Year 2 - Lainey S for a;ways working extra hard and being a fabulous role model to others.
Year 3 - Danyal A for trying really hard and working extra hard to improve his learning.
Year 4 - Brooke O for displaying a very mature attitude.
Year 5 - Morgan T for consistently working hard in class and challenging herself to improve.
Year 6 - Mikey B for great work and effort with his learning about time this week.
Miss Ward - Lola P-W for being an extra kind and thoughtful citizen during the Sponsored Walk.
Miss Ettridge - Christine A for being a super kind friend to others.
