Hot Chocolate with the Head

As you all know we are constantly striving to improve Clockhouse for your children.

This year we are 'Relentless and Rigorous' in everything we do to ensure that our school is a fabulous place to be and the children get the best all round experience possible. Each week, the Heads of Year as well as Miss Ward, Mrs Abeledo and Mrs Savidge choose a person (child or adult) who has been seen to do this and then they get to have Hot Chocolate with Mrs Savidge!

This week the following Clockhouse Citizens have been seen to be 'Relentless and Rigorous':

Nursery - Florence W-P  for being relentless and rigorous and settling after changing the time she is at Nursery.
Reception - Florence H (Wales) for being relentless and rigorous and always being positive, friendly and trying her best.
Year 1 - Phoebe H (Spain) for being relentless and rigorous and always coming to school with excitement and a willingness to help others.
Year 2 - Amal M (Mexico) for being relentless and rigorous in taking accountability for her learning in class.
Year 3 - Ellison R (Argentina) for being relentless and rigorous in his dedication to improve by taking on feedback to further develop his writing.
Year 4 - Silviu B (South Africa) showed himself to be relentless and rigorous with his assessment papers. He did not give up when things were tricky and I am really proud of his efforts.
Year 5 - Liv R (China) for being relentless and rigorous in her approach to learning this half term.
Year 6 -  Harry N (Fiji) for being relentless and rigorous showing consistent effort and determination to push himself in every lesson this week.
Greenland -  Oliver E for being relentless and rigorous with his positive attitude to personal targets and for joining in group sessions more consistently.
Miss Ward - Ysabel O (Northern Ireland) for being relentless and rigorous and trying very hard with her learning.
Mrs Abeledo - Lucia T (Fiji) for being relentless and rigorous and always ready to learn, working hard and being a pleasure to have in the classroom.
Mrs Savidge - Rose M (China) for being relentless and rigorous in writing a fantastic persuasive speech, applying the skills we have been learning this term.

Well done to all these children and all the other children who have been seen to be 'Relentless and Rigorous' this week!
