We are very excited and pleased to share with you that we have more Clockhouse Value Champions of 2023-2024!
A huge congratulations to
Mary-Jane O (New Zealand)
who has earned the Learning Champion Award for 2023-2024!
I have been really impressed with how hard Mary-Jane has been working in class in all of her lessons. Her enthusiasm for learning is infectious and I love when she eagerly shares her discoveries, new skills and opinions with the class. Keep up the fantastic learning Mary-Jane, we are all proud of you and can't wait to see how much more progress you will make this year.
Ayah Z (New Zealand)
who has earned the Learning Champion Award for 2023-2024!
Ayah shows outstanding learning in every lesson. She asks insightful questions, strives to make sure she has an in-depth knowledge of the subject we are studying and always shows fantastic presentation. She loves to share what she has discovered with the class and listens well to all the feedback she has been given so she can continue to challenge herself. I could not be more proud to be her teacher and cannot wait to see the progress she continues to make. Well done Ayah!
Shahid H (New Zealand)
who has earned the Respect Champion Award for 2023-2024!
For being absolutely fantastic on our trip to Gunpowder Mills by showing the 3R’s at every point during the day. He was incredibly focussed and asked the different adults from Gunpowder Mills around him really insightful questions and then was very eager to share what he had learned with other members of the class and staff from the school. He was an absolute delight and a real credit to New Zealand, the school and himself - we are all very proud of you Shahid!
Gurbaaz S (Brazil)
who has earned the Respect Champion Award for 2023-2024!
Since joining the school last term, this child has settled in really well and is a role model for the class. He continuously shows the 3R's inside and outside of the classroom, and is an absolute treasure to the class. He is always kind to other children and adults in the school, and is always showing a willingness to learn. When discussing respect in the classroom, children always point out his attitude in school and reiterate that we should all act in a way like him, in terms of his respectfulness. You should be really proud of yourself and the credit you bring to Clockhouse.
Lettie G (France)
who has earned the Learning Champion Award for 2023-2024!
We have been blown away with the determination this child has shown since being in Year 1. She tries hard in all areas of her learning but particularly enjoys her maths lessons. She often takes the knowledge she has learned in the classroom home with her and asks her mum and dad to help her practise. This is then reflected in the progress she has made since the beginning of the year. She is a pleasure to have in the classroom and is such a positive learning role model to her peers.
Uzayr U (France)
who has earned the Excellence Champion Award for 2023-2024!
This child will always aspire to go beyond the possible in everything he sets out to achieve. Not only is his behaviour and attitude outstanding at all times but his love and enthusiasm for learning radiates through him. His writing is some of the best we have ever seen from a Year 1 child at Clockhouse and he loves to share his fantastic work with his peers. He will always go out of his way to help other members of the class if they are upset and will always want to be the first to volunteer when a job needs to be complete. Simply...he is excellent in everyway!
A huge well done from everyone at Clockhouse - wear your Values Champion Badge with pride!
