Hot Chocolate with the Head

As you all know we are constantly striving to improve Clockhouse for your children.

This year we are all trying our best to go 'Beyond the Possible' in everything to ensure that our school is a fabulous place to be and the children get the best all round experience possible. Each week, the Heads of Year as well as Miss Ward, Mrs Reinecke and Mrs Savidge choose a person (child or adult) who has been seen to do this and then they get to have Hot Chocolate with Mrs Savidge!

This week the following Clockhouse Citizens have been seen to going 'Beyond the Possible':

Nursery - Saleh A for going beyond the possible with his kindness to the other children.
Reception - Halil D (Northern Ireland) for going beyond the possible and learning all his number bonds to 5 and trying hard with his learning.
Year 1 - Nyla R (Italy) for going beyond the possible in her creative arts work and following instructions carefully to create secondary colours.
Year 2 - Riya B (Mexico) for going beyond the possible and making excellent contributions to class discussions.
Year 3 - Joey M (Brazil) for his excellent mental maths during We Are Week. He went beyond the possible.
Year 4 - Andrew S (South Africa) for working really hard and going beyond the possible with his reading and making huge progress.
Year 5 - Jada N (Japan) for her excellent effort in class to go beyond the possible to improve her learning particularly her writing.
Year 6 -  Rachel W (Fiji) for going beyond the possible and applying herself to her learning.
Greenland - Matas T for exceptional learning in Maths when recognising numbers with tens and ones. He is going beyond the possible.
Miss Ward - Elsie P (China) for going beyond the possible and being so kind and helpful to others around the school.
Mrs Reinecke - Inji U (Uganda) for being resilient during her tests and going beyond the possible to give excellent effort.
Mrs Savidge - Raya L (Canada) for going beyond the possible to work independently.

Well done to all these children and all the other children who have been seen to going 'Beyond the Possible' this week!
