Hot Chocolate with the Head

As you all know we are constantly striving to improve Clockhouse for your children.

This year we are all trying our best to go 'Channel your Clockhouse Compass' in everything to ensure that our school is a fabulous place to be and the children get the best all round experience possible. Each week, the Heads of Year as well as Miss Ward, Mrs Reinecke and Mrs Savidge choose a person (child or adult) who has been seen to do this and then they get to have Hot Chocolate with Mrs Savidge!

This week the following Clockhouse Citizens have been seen to 'Channelling their Clockhouse Compass:

Nursery - Caswin J for learning the initial sounds in words. He is channelling his Clockhouse Compass.
Reception - Frankie B for channelling his Clockhouse Compass and always working hard and answering questions.
Year 1 - Adam U (France) for always channelling his Clockhouse Compass and being kind and helpful to others in Year 1.
Year 2 - Ethan B (Canada) for channelling his Clockhouse Compass and using ambitious vocabulary in English and impressing me with his sentence structure.
Year 3 - Ryan K (Peru) for trying exceptionally hard with his writing, sharing good ideas and for working hard with his handwriting.  He is channelling his Clockhouse Compass.
Year 4 - Yusuf A (Uganda) for channelling his Clockhouse Compass and really working hard on developing his explanation skills in maths and using several examples to support his answers
Year 5 - Hilary M-C (India) because she is always a fantastic role model. She channels her Clockhouse Compass and I have recently noticed a huge improvement in her maths work and in her writing, which has been excellent to see!
Year 6 - Amina M (Australia) for channelling her Clockhouse Compass to push herself to do her best in revision even when it is hard.
Greenland - Daksh S for channelling his Clockhouse Compass and showing his increased engagement in learning and brilliant focus during taught sessions.
Miss Ward - Ellie S (Canada) for being a great Clockhouse Ambassador when talking to the Governors. She channelled her Clockhouse Compass.
Mrs Reinecke - James D (Peru) for channelling his Clockhouse Compass his outstanding improvement and attitude towards Writing!
Mrs Savidge - Logan W (Japan) for always being kind and caring to our community. He is channelling his Clockhouse Compass.

Well done to all these children and all the other children who have been seen to going 'Channelled their Clockhouse Compass' this week!
