Hot Chocolate (or ice lollies today) with the Head

As you all know we are constantly striving to improve Clockhouse for your children.

This year we are all trying our best to go 'Channel your Clockhouse Compass' in everything to ensure that our school is a fabulous place to be and the children get the best all round experience possible. Each week, the Heads of Year as well as Miss Ward, Mrs Reinecke and Mrs Savidge choose a person (child or adult) who has been seen to do this and then they get to have Hot Chocolate with Mrs Savidge!

This week the following Clockhouse Citizens have been seen to 'Channelling their Clockhouse Compass:

Nursery - Nyla W for channelling her Clockhouse Compass and working hard to hear initial sounds.
Reception - Anastasia X (Scotland) for channelling her Clockhouse Compass and trying hard to practise her learning.
Year 1 - Aleena C (France) for always making good choices, helping her classmates and being an excellent role model for the year group. She always channels her Clockhouse Compass.
Year 2 - Aleeza I (Mexico) for showing great resilience and not giving up on tricky mathematical concepts. She is channelling her Clockhouse Compass.
Year 3 - Iliza A (Argentina) for always channelling her Clockhouse Compass and supporting her peers when they find their learning challenging.
Year 4 -  Zaina K (South Africa) for always showing the 3Rs, giving every task 100% effort and being a fantastic role model to her peers.  She always channels her Clockhouse Compass.
Year 5 -  Lucia T (China) for channelling her Clockhouse Compass and showing great class contributions and thoughtful comments.
Year 6 -  David C (New Zealand) for excellent work and applying taught figurative language skills to his writing. He has channelled his Clockhouse Compass.
Greenland -  Bobby D for his excellent progress in maths when learning about division. He has channelled his Clockhouse Compass.
Miss Ward - Bella J (Fiji) for her determination and effort during her SATs. It was impressive how focused she was and the way she channelled her Clockhouse Compass.
Mrs Reinecke - Lottie K (Wales) for channelling her Clockhouse Compass growing in her confidence with sentence writing in Mrs Everingham's lessons.
Mrs Savidge - Theo B (Uganda) for channelling his Clockhouse Compass and being kind to the younger children at lunchtime.

Well done to all these children and all the other children who have been seen to going 'Channelled their Clockhouse Compass' this week!
