Day 54 of the Clockhouse Family

Good evening Clockhouse

I hope you are all looking after yourselves and each other, what a change in the weather today. Still, I am sure that you made the best of what you got up to. It is hard to believe we are at Thursday again and coming to the end of week 11 of this regime.

It was lovely to see some of the Year 1 and Year 6 children and families today. It certainly brightened our day. Well done to all the children who were absolutely fabulous, they did us and their parents proud. Also a big well done and thank you to the parents who were so respectful of the new arrangements. Any feedback gratefully received. To welcome the children back we had our first live virtual Zoom assembly, very different but it worked well and the children listened and made some great contributions. We look forward to seeing you again tomorrow and of course 'Team Hawaii'.

Remember to look out for our virtual Achievement Assembly tomorrow morning just after 9.00am, where I will be announcing this week's Home Learning Heroes. Remember also to look out for Hot Chocolate with the Head at 2.30pm tomorrow. I hope you have enjoyed Miss Burrell and Mrs Herrera's storytime this week also.

Please keep using #ourclockhousefamily with things that we are posting as a further way of keeping in touch. We might not be seeing each other every day but we are still one community who care for each other!

It will feel strange not clapping the carers tonight but I am sure we are all thinking of the amazing people who are out there supporting us all including out amazing staff.

Our community - Our school - A family and a home for everyone!
Stay positive everyone, keep going!
Stay safe and keep smiling
Mrs Savidge
