Good evening Clockhouse
I hope you have had a lovely day, it certainly seems better when the sun is shining. I hope you all found the video useful this morning and are finding this new way of communicating with you useful. If you do have any feedback please do share this with us. We continue to want to make this time as easy as possible for you all.
Thank you to all those who have told us whether or not they would like their children in Year 2, 3, 4 and 5 to return to school prior to the summer holiday. Request for these places has now closed and we are busy trying to make this work for you all. We will be in touch but please do bear with us whilst we plan. It would be lovely to say that we managed to get everyone back who wanted to return prior to the summer, all I can say is we will do our best.
Those who have returned from Nursery and Reception have had a lovely two days and the children who joined us this week have adapted so well. We are so proud of the all. As is now the case on a Wednesday, tomorrow will be just 'Team Hawaii' in school. We are looking forward to seeing Year 1 and Year 6 again on Thursday and Friday as well as the new children joining these year groups and some more children from Nursery and Reception.
Do not forget to take part in the London Virtual School Games and help the Havering Hurricanes climb up the table.
Look out for the information coming your way about our annual Sponsored event that we will be running this term. We are very excited about it and thank you to OCA (Our Clockhouse Association) for helping us plan this. We will hope that this will being in some much needed funds in order for us to provide enrichment opportunities for your children next year.
Please keep using #ourclockhousefamily with things that we are posting as a further way of keeping in touch. We might not be seeing each other every day but we are still one community who care for each other!
Our community - Our school - A family and a home for everyone!
Stay safe and keep smiling
