Hot Chocolate with the Head

As you all know we are constantly striving to improve Clockhouse for your children.

This year we are 'Relentless and Rigorous' in everything we do to ensure that our school is a fabulous place to be and the children get the best all round experience possible. Each week, the Heads of Year as well as Miss Ward, Mrs Abeledo and Mrs Savidge choose a person (child or adult) who has been seen to do this and then they get to have Hot Chocolate with Mrs Savidge!

This week the following Clockhouse Citizens have been seen to be 'Relentless and Rigorous':

Nursery -  Zaviyar A for being relentless and rigorous to develop his self-help skills.
Reception -  Phoenix G (Scotland) for being relentless and rigorous and returning to school with a positive attitude to her learning and trying very hard.
Year 1 -  Janae F (Spain) for being relentless and rigorous and working hard to improve her sentence writing skills in English.
Year 2 - Anthony T (Canada) for being relentless and rigorous in his phonics learning and working hard to recognise and write tricky words.
Year 3 - Lola-Rose H (Peru) for being relentless and rigorous to push herself and take on feedback from the adults who work with her with a positive attitude.

Year 5 - Oscar B (China) for being relentless and rigorous in his approach to all of his learning and making a fantastic start to Summer term.
Year 6 - Hugo C (Fiji) for being relentless and rigorous and showing fantastic progress in his learning recently, with his results improving significantly especially in maths. It is clear that his hard work is making a big difference.
