Weekly reminders for the week beginning 4th May 2026

We hope you are all enjoying the Bank Holiday and having a longer weekend. We look forward to seeing you back at school on Tuesday. Whilst we gear up for the Year 6 SATs we have another quiet week at Clockhouse. 

Year 3
Year 3 are very much looking forward to their Circus experience on Wednesday.

Year 4
Year 4 are off to the Library on Wednesday or Friday. Please ensure permissions slips are returned by Tuesday if you have not done so already.

Governor Day
Our Governors will be in school on Wednesday and will be in the playground at the start of the day, please do take the time to speak to them should you wish to.

Things to be aware of
Please do not forget that the OCA will be hosting the Summer Fete on 13th June - date for your diary.

The Dojo League

The Dojo League!

The Dojo League continued this week - well done everyone for helping your class!

The dojo scores have been analysed and the results are in!

Reception and Key Stage 1:
A big well done to Scotland and Spain who lead the Reception and Key Stage 2 Dojo League with Northern Ireland in second place and Wales and Mexico in third.

Key Stage 2:
A big well done to India,
Australia and Greenland who are all in the overall lead of the Key Stage 2 Dojo League with Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Kenya, Uganda, China, Fiji and New Zealand in second place and South Africa and Japan in third.

Well done to everyone for really trying to earn Dojos for their class.

A big well done to this week's winners who are:

Wales - 100%
Peru - 97.3%
Australia - 100%

Well done to all three classes above. 

Wow - 15 classes were in the Green Zone this week with an attendance above 96% - well done to those classes. 

A further well done to Nursery PM, Wales, France, Canada, Brazil, Kenya, Uganda, China, India, Fiji and Australia who had no lates this week.

94.9%

Well done everyone and thank you all for your continued support in ensuring that the
children come to school every day and on time!

It is still important that we all work to improve our attendance. 
Please remember that our school target is 96%.
