Good morning Clockhouse,
I hope you are well and that you are enjoy the fabulous weather we have had again this week. With the ever changing picture in the world at the moment it is hard to keep up but I really do hope that you are getting some time to enjoy the holiday and making the most of a rather different summer.
Many of you may have seen the scaffolding up at school, this is to replace the roofing areas in the Key Stage 1 building - a huge job which I am glad to say is going well. Take a look at the photos below.
As I said last week, we are awaiting updated guidance for the opening of schools in September. We continue to hope that this come to us on 11th August and, after this, I and the Senior Leadership Team will be working hard to be in a position to communicate further plans with you. At the moment, all that was communicated with you prior to the end of the term, continues to still stands.
I hope you enjoyed the art session with Mrs Reinecke this week, story time with Mrs Herrera and the other challenges that we have set this week. Maybe some of you will get involved with the photography challenge posted today, this is obviously entirely up to you.
What to look out for next week (should you want to get involved):
- Session 3 of art with Mrs Reinecke
- A fitness work out with Mrs Everingham
- Story time with Mrs Curry
- An art challenge from Miss Kearns
- A poster reading competition from Mrs Jarvis and Miss Cason as part of the summer reading challenge
Please continue to stay safe and look after yourselves and each other.
If you need us please contact us via the normal channels.
Have a good weekend and week everyone. Stay safe and alert and keep smiling!
Our community - Our school - A family and a home for everyone!
Mrs Savidge
