Hot Chocolate with the Head

As you all know we are constantly striving to improve Clockhouse for your children.

This year we are all trying our best to 'Be Exceptional' in everything to ensure that our school is a fabulous place to be and the children get the best all round experience possible. Each week, the Heads of Year as well as Miss Ward, Mrs Reinecke and Mrs Savidge choose a person (child or adult) who has been seen to do this and then they get to have Hot Chocolate with Mrs Savidge!

This week the following Clockhouse Citizens have been seen to 'Be Exceptional':
Nursery - Dennis T for exceptional listening in PE.
Reception - Davy P (Wales) for being exceptionally helpful to staff throughout the day.
Year 1 - Lottie R (Spain) for being an exceptional Clockhouse citizen in every way.
Year 2 - Mrs Collins for her exceptional support to Year 2 and helping to ensure smooth transitions into afternoon learning.
Year 3 - Freddy N (Brazil) for trying exceptionally hard to be a great Clockhouse Citizen.
Year 4 - James K (Uganda) for pushing himself with his learning, trying exceptionally hard with his times tables and being a fabulous member of the class.
Year 5 - Ruhama Y (Japan) for her exceptional story writing and amazing creativity. Her writing has made so much progress and she should be proud of all her efforts.
Year 6 -
George S (Australia) for using and applying his own knowledge to help other people to an exceptional standard.
Greenland - Daksh S for his exceptional maths work using Numicon to find number bonds to 5.

Miss Ward - Leon L (Canada) for exceptional progress in his participation, especially in his bucket sessions.
Mrs Reinecke - Danilo R (Kenya) for exceptional improvement in presentation and writing in English.
Mrs Savidge - Agnes C (Canada) for exceptional effort with her presentation.

Well done to all these children and all the other children who have been seen to 'Be Exceptional' this week!
