We are very excited and pleased to share with you that we have more Clockhouse Value Champions of 2024-2025!
A huge congratulations to
Lottie S (Australia)
who has earned the Learning Champion Award for 2024-2025!
Lottie showed a fantastic dedication to her learning throughout SATs week, putting in lots of effort, staying focused, approached each challenge with a positive attitude, and gave her very best. Lottie truly deserves the learning badge for her hard work and determination.
Frankie S, Maxim S, Ousman J (India)
who has earned the Nurture Champion Award for 2024-2025!
All three of these children have thoroughly impressed myself and the other adults in year 5 recently. They are continuously going out of their way to ensure that everyone is involved and that all members of the class participate in everything, particularly with sports activities and group games. They are being excellent friends to members of the class and it has been amazing to see their nurturing sides.
Umaima B (Uganda)
who has earned the Learning Champion Award for 2024-2025!
Umaima has been applying herself in all areas of the curriculum. I am particularly very proud of her progress in reading. At the start of the year, she felt that she was not very good at reading or answering comprehension questions. Fast forward to now and she shows confidence in both areas. She is able to read longer texts with minimal support and tackles the comprehension questions independently. She should be very proud of her progress and needs to remember that she can do it. Well done Umaima!
Mckenzie D (Uganda)
who has earned the Learning Champion Award for 2024-2025!
Mckenzie has worked really hard this year to make good progress across the curriculum. He finds maths more of a challenge. He was part of an intervention group and this allowed him to ask more questions to help his understanding. Recently, he found finding fractions difficult. He mentioned this at home and his parents worked with him on this concept. He returned to school the next day and was able to show that he had a better understanding and was more confident. I am so proud that he went home and spoke about what he was struggling with and took it upon himself to do examples at home. Well done Mckenzie!
Theo B (Uganda)
who has earned the Nurture Champion Award for 2024-2025!
I am so excited to give this award to Theo. He really likes to look after the children and is so kind. He likes to help the children when working in PE and is happy to do a slightly different task if it means helping other children. He is also very caring towards the adults who work with him. A few weeks ago, I was losing my voice. He kept on checking that I was ok. In addition, he helps the adults at lunchtime with some of the younger children in the lunchtime group. I am so proud of Theo and the way he wants to help both his peers and adults. Well done Theo for getting this award!
Charlie C (USA)
who has earned the Learning Champion Award for 2024-2025!
This boy tries his hardest in all his learning, making sure he challenges himself in all subjects. He is curious and engaged in all lessons. He takes responsibility for his own learning and always strives to be that 1% better. Well done Charlie!Rosemarie D-S (USA)
who has earned the Excitement Champion Award for 2024-2025!
This girl shows excitement throughout the school day, she will have a wide grin during learning and eager to get involved. When she has successes in her learning her excitement grows more. It is lovely to see. Well done Rosemarie.
