Hot Chocolate with the Head

As you all know we are constantly striving to improve Clockhouse for your children.

This year we are 'Relentless and Rigorous' in everything we do to ensure that our school is a fabulous place to be and the children get the best all round experience possible. Each week, the Heads of Year as well as Miss Ward, Mrs Abeledo and Mrs Savidge choose a person (child or adult) who has been seen to do this and then they get to have Hot Chocolate with Mrs Savidge!

This week the following Clockhouse Citizens have been seen to be 'Relentless and Rigorous':

Nursery - Muzzamil A as he has been relentless and rigorous in being more settled coming in to Nursery this week.
Reception - Eesa I (Wales), for being relentless and rigorous and being positive about his learning.
Year 1 -  Maisie S (France) for being relentless and rigorous and showing wonderful effort and sentence structure in writing her instructions for how to make a marmalade sandwich.
Year 2 - Ellie S (Mexico) for her relentless and rigorous behaviour for learning and always trying to improve her work without being promoted.
Year 3 - Charlie C (Brazil) for being relentless and rigorous and working hard each week to get on the Recognition Board by putting a massive effort into the focus of the week
Year 4 - Tiya P (Kenya) for always being rigorous and relentless during her interventions.
Year 5 -  Taslima A (India) for being relentless and rigorous and showing great enthusiasm, team work and a willingness to step out of her comfort zone during Forest School.
Year 6 - Amalie S (Fiji) for being relentless and rigorous and determined in lessons, especially when work feels tricky by continuing to try and learn from her mistakes.
Greenland - Dylan G-R for being relentless and rigorous and always showing excitement in his learning and being persistent when solving new problems.
Miss Ward - Roel D (Nursery) for being relentless and rigorous and trying hard to write his name correctly.
Mrs Abeledo - Isaac G (Northern Ireland) for being relentless and rigorous and showing excitement for school every morning and always greeting me with a big smile.
Mrs Savidge - Noah C (Kenya) for being relentless and rigorous to improve his writing.

Well done to all these children and all the other children who have been seen to be 'Relentless and Rigorous' this week!
