Hot Chocolate with the Head

As you all know we are constantly striving to improve Clockhouse for your children.

This year we are 'Relentless and Rigorous' in everything we do to ensure that our school is a fabulous place to be and the children get the best all round experience possible. Each week, the Heads of Year as well as Miss Ward, Mrs Abeledo and Mrs Savidge choose a person (child or adult) who has been seen to do this and then they get to have Hot Chocolate with Mrs Savidge!

This week the following Clockhouse Citizens have been seen to be 'Relentless and Rigorous':

Nursery - Rea R for being relentless and rigorous to start talking to the adults in the Nursery.
Reception - Gabrielle A (Scotland) for being relentless and rigorous and trying very hard to make progress with her learning.
Year 1 - Isla H (Spain) for being relentless and rigorous and being kind and considerate to the other children in Spain and always helping where she can.
Year 2 - Mariyam A (USA) for being relentless and rigorous and consistently completing tasks to a high standard and demonstrating a commitment to producing her best work.
Year 3 - Selim T (Peru) for being relentless and rigorous and pushing himself with his reading and maths the past few weeks!
Year 4 - Bilal W (South Africa) has really been working hard this term. He remains focused and asks appropriate questions to push his learning along.  He is relentless and rigorous.
Year 5 - Max P (China) for his maturity towards his learning and for demonstrating excellence in learning. He has been relentless and rigorous.
Year 6 -  Hallee V (New Zealand) because she has been relentless and rigorous towards her learning in both English and Maths and I am proud of how much effort she has put in.
Greenland - Matas T for being relentless and rigorous and engaging positively in his target phonics sessions.
Miss Ward - Miss King and Mrs Kenealy for being relentless and rigorous in helping make our environment beautiful.
Mrs Abeledo - Alyzah M (Fiji) for showing determination in maths learning and showing commitment and pride in improving assessment results. She is relentless and rigorous.
Mrs Savidge - Piper M (France) for being relentless and rigorous in caring, supporting and helping another child in the class.

Well done to all these children and all the other children who have been seen to be 'Relentless and Rigorous' this week!
