As you all know we are constantly striving to improve Clockhouse for your children.
This year we are all trying our best to go 'Beyond the Possible' in everything to ensure that our school is a fabulous place to be and the children get the best all round experience possible. Each week, the Heads of Year as well as Miss Ward, Mrs Reinecke and Mrs Savidge choose a person (child or adult) who has been seen to do this and then they get to have Hot Chocolate with Mrs Savidge!
This week the following Clockhouse Citizens have been seen to going 'Beyond the Possible':
Nursery - Nicole D for trying really hard in PE and going beyond the possible.
Reception - Ben H (Wales) for making great improvements to his learning and his phonic knowledge. He is going beyond the possible.
Year 1 - Harrison A (Italy) for going beyond the possible to improve his learning behaviour and come to school with a positive attitude.
Year 2 - Henry L (Mexico) for working exceptionally hard in all areas of learning and going beyond the possible to reach his potential.
Year 3 - Georgie C (Argentina) for always going beyond the possible with his learning and pushing himself when learning is challenging.
Year 4 - Tommy-Lee M (Uganda) for having a really positive attitude towards learning and focusing really well in lessons which means he is going beyond the possible.
Year 5 - Isa I (Japan) for his effort to go beyond the possible and to improve his reading. He is reading at home more frequently and it’s really making a difference. He has even moved up a book band due to this additional effort.
Year 6 - Mary-Jane O'D (New Zealand) for going beyond the possible with her amazing perseverance and determination in maths in conquering area and perimeter.
Greenland - Poppy S-R for taking responsibility for her own learning by becoming more independent with her morning tasks and going beyond the possible.
Miss Ward - Riley H-J (Italy) for always showing the 3R's and being a great role model to others. He really goes beyond the possible.
Mrs Reinecke - Piper S (Brazil) for going beyond the possible and making excellent progress in her phonics learning.
Mrs Savidge - Martin S (Kenya) for resilience and huge improvements with his phonics learning and improved attendance. This has results in him going beyond his possible with his learning.
