Hot Chocolate with the Head

As you all know we are constantly striving to improve Clockhouse for your children.

This year we are 'Relentless and Rigorous' in everything we do to ensure that our school is a fabulous place to be and the children get the best all round experience possible. Each week, the Heads of Year as well as Miss Ward, Mrs Abeledo and Mrs Savidge choose a person (child or adult) who has been seen to do this and then they get to have Hot Chocolate with Mrs Savidge!

This week the following Clockhouse Citizens have been seen to be 'Relentless and Rigorous':

Nursery - Khyrie K for being relentless and rigorous trying really hard writing his name.
Reception - Andrra B (Northern Ireland) for being relentless and rigorous developing confidence and independence, particularly in phonics.
Year 1 - Mawra B (Italy) for always being relentless and rigorous and being ready to learn.
Year 2 - Elsie M (Canada) for being relentless and rigorous and demonstrating respect, whether inside the classroom or out in the school community.
Year 3 - Ranveer B (Argentina) for being relentless and rigorous by asking meaningful questions to deepen his learning.
Year 4 - Michaella K (Kenya) because she always shows enthusiasm in all that she does. She always is ready for a challenge and shows resilience in being relentless and rigorous.
Year 5 - Gracie H (China) for demonstrating a relentless and rigorous approach to her learning in maths and showing resilience when she found learning challenging.
Year 6 - Abeer F (New Zealand) because she has been relentless and rigorous with her approach to her mock SATs and she is clearly striving to be the best that she can be.
Greenland - Daksh S for being relentless and rigorous with his excellent effort and attention in improving his writing by consistently using finger spaces between words.
Miss Ward - Rafi K (Italy) for being relentless and rigorous with his positive attitude and settling in their class so well.
Mrs Abeledo - Dylan T (Scotland) for being relentless and rigorous when building an excellent train track.
Mrs Savidge - Liam S (France) for being relentless and rigorous with his writing and producing some amazing work about the Gruffalo.

Well done to all these children and all the other children who have been seen to be 'Relentless and Rigorous' this week!
