Hot Chocolate with the Head

As you all know we are constantly striving to improve Clockhouse for your children.

This year we are 'Relentless and Rigorous' in everything we do to ensure that our school is a fabulous place to be and the children get the best all round experience possible. Each week, the Heads of Year as well as Miss Ward, Mrs Abeledo and Mrs Savidge choose a person (child or adult) who has been seen to do this and then they get to have Hot Chocolate with Mrs Savidge!

This week the following Clockhouse Citizens have been seen to be 'Relentless and Rigorous':

Nursery - Darcie M-C because is being relentless and rigorous and is working really hard at counting and comparing small groups of objects.
Reception - Victoria P (Scotland) for relentless and rigorous and trying very hard with her learning whilst also being kind to all.
Year 1 - Dominic M (Spain) for being relentless and rigorous when always striving to do his best learning, especially in maths with the challenges.
Year 2 -  Harry S (Canada) for being relentless and rigorous in his learning and trying hard in everything he does.
Year 3 - Fatima B (Brazil) for being relentless and rigorous when completing column subtraction
Year 4 - Mila R (South Africa) because has been relentless and rigorous when completing her times table booklets. She is growing in confidence and is starting to use less tools to support her and is starting to recall from memory!
Year 5 - Dilan E (Japan) for being relentless and rigorous in her pursuit to improve in maths.
Year 6 -  Jayden F (New Zealand) because of his relentless and rigorous attitude towards his learning. He has had a very positive attitude towards his learning and the recent mocks we completed and I am proud of his resilience.
Greenland - Ashwin R for being relentless and rigorous in his excellent engagement in all learning and working hard to decode new words in new books.
Miss Ward - Edward A (France) for being relentless and rigorous and really trying hard and making great improvements with his sentence structures.
Mrs Abeledo - Skyler S (New Zealand) for being relentless and rigorous in supporting and entertaining Mrs Abeledo at lunchtime.
Mrs Savidge - Guransh S (India) for being relentless and rigorous in explaining to his peers how others can impact on the way you feel and making this meaningful to them.

Well done to all these children and all the other children who have been seen to be 'Relentless and Rigorous' this week!
