Year 2 get folding!

As part of our life skills curriculum, this term Year 2 are learning how to fold their clothes. We had lots of fun learning this skill and hopefully the children are now showing you this at home!

Back to school for the big people

We are all very much looking forward to seeing everyone from Year 1 to Year 6 tomorrow and hearing about all your holiday adventures! 

The staff were officially been back to school on Monday and have worked so hard to make sure the school is ready for the children's return.
 
As well as this, we have also been doing our very own learning. Mrs Savidge has led training on a range of things including expectations and priorities for the coming year, relooking at our vision and values ready for the year ahead whilst Mrs Reinecke worked with the staff regarding learning and teaching. The whole staff also completed Safeguarding Training.

Clockhouse we are (nearly) ready for you...

Whilst everyone has been busy making the most of the summer holidays, things have not stopped at Clockhouse and we are now ready and excited to welcome our fabulous community back to school.

Along with a very thorough clean, there has been some significant building work and improvements taking place.

Complete renovation of all three Year 6 Classes and USA and Mexico and new lighting in the parts of the school that has not been completed previously!

The classrooms are looking great too (we just need children)!

As you can see, we have been very busy and huge thank you must go to all the staff for their dedication and commitment. Without them the children would not be coming back to such a wonderful environment.
