Firstly may we apoloigse for any inconvenience caused by having to postpone the Foundation Stage Sports Day. The weather was certainly against us on Friday and we were left with no choice but to postpone. Here is hoping that the sun shines on Monday 21st July when we have planned for the Nursery and Reception events will go ahead.
We certainly have a busy week ahead of us and are looking forward to welcoming many of you to Clockhouse during the coming week.
On Monday the children will be taking part in the Sponsored Walk event, a favourite in years gone by but something that we have not done for a while. The children will come home with a card showing you the laps they completed so that sponsor money can be gathered or it can be kept as a memento for the day. If the children have managed to get any sponsors, please send these into school and thank you for your support.
3KK and RSO complete the final Celebration Assemblies of the year on Monday, we look forward to seeing many of you there to celebrate all the learning that they have done so far this year. The assemblies promise to be a wonderful occasion if the efforts that the children have put into practising are anything to go by.
Do not forget that it is Open Evening after school on Monday, please come into school anytime between 3.30 and 5 to look at the children's work and meet the teachers. Please also take the time to look around the school and visit your child's new classroom, their current teacher will be able to point you in the right direction.

Year 5 parents please remember that we are holding the meeting for the current Year 5 children's transfer to Secondary School on Wednesday evening in the Key Stage 2 hall at 6pm. This is run by the Borough and provides information to support you with the transition process.
