Day 21 of the Clockhouse Family

Good evening Clockhouse

I hope you have all had a good Easter holiday and have enjoyed the first day of the Summer Term, all be it a very strange first day back! We are so glad you enjoyed the video from yesterday!

It has been lovely to see so many of you making contact with us via Dojo and supporting your children with their learning. Please do remember that we are all learning through this time together so please do not put too much pressure on yourselves or your children. As you know we are all here to support you and will do all we can to do so.

There is some really useful information on the NSPCC website, which you may find helpful at this time. Please follow the link below:

Thank you to those of you who have sent pictures of all your hard work, your response to the challenges and all the other lovely things that you are getting up to. Keep them coming. We are collecting your pictures and will post a selection at the end of the week. In school, the children have been busy, they particularly enjoyed a scavenger hunt as well as doing their Google Classroom work. 'Team M1' have been working with the children and supporting the community. Mrs Jarvis has worked with Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 and Miss Cason with Year 3, 4, 5 and 6. They have been supported by Mrs Leach and Mrs Noe. Mrs Mortimer has been in the office and we also had Mr Gary with us. Mrs Reinecke has been in school, whilst I have been close at hand if they have needed me.

Thursday
As you may know Thursday is St Geroge's Day and if we were in school we would normally dress in red and white. Well not being together does not have to stop us! So if you would like to dress in red and white please do so and send us some pictures. We can come together virtually and show our support for our patron saint.

Please keep using #ourclockhousefamily with things that we are posting as a further way of keeping in touch. We might not be seeing each other every day but we are still one community who care for each other!

Look out for a video message from me tomorrow.

Our community - Our school - A family and a home for everyone!
This little picture is so true, extra cuddles tonight!
Stay safe and keep smiling
Mrs Savidge
