As we all know, Hot Chocolate with the Head is an important part of Clockhouse. Obviously due to the current situation we find ourselves in, sadly it is not possible for us to come together to celebrate which is such a shame. However, we do not want the children to miss out and therefore the chosen children will get a special Hot Chocolate pack to enjoy at home!
As you all know we are constantly striving to improve Clockhouse for your children.
This year we are all 'Going the extra mile' to ensure our school is a fabulous place to be. Each week, the Heads of Year as well as Miss Ward, Mrs Reinecke and Mrs Savidge choose a person (child or adult) who has been seen to do this! We hope all the children enjoy their hot chocolate pack - send us a picture of you enjoying your special celebration drink!
This week the following Clockhouse Citizens have been seen to be 'Going the extra mile':
Nursery - Sophie B for being super brave when coming into school.
Reception - Oliver S-M (Wales) for making extremely good progress with his phonics.
Year 1 - Tessa B (France) for being so kind and caring towards others.
Year 2 - Alfie N (Canada) for showing a fantastic attitude towards his learning.
Year 3 - Aviela C (Argentina) for taking responsibility for her learning and becoming more independent.
Year 4 - Gracie B (Uganda) for being extremely welcoming and helping the two new children.
Year 5 - Molly C (China) for stepping out of her comfort zone and taking a lead talking role in our class assembly.
Year 6 - Imran B (Fiji) for showing respect and maturity towards his peers.
Miss Ward - Patrick S (China) for going out of his way to be kind and thoughtful to others at playtime.
Mrs Reinecke - Lucia B (Japan) for showing great sticky knowledge and using this to teach others.
Mrs Savidge - William R (Uganda) for being a really kind boy to children in his class.
