Hot Chocolate with the Head

As we all know, Hot Chocolate with the Head is an important part of Clockhouse. Obviously due to the current situation we find ourselves in, sadly it is still not possible for us to come together to celebrate which is such a shame. However, we do not want the children to miss out and therefore the chosen children will get a special Hot Chocolate pack to enjoy at home!

As you all know we are constantly striving to improve Clockhouse for your children.

This year we are all 'Making the Ordinary Extraordinary' to ensure our school is a fabulous place to be and the children the best all round experience possible. Each week, the Heads of Year as well as Miss Ward, Mrs Reinecke and Mrs Savidge choose a person (child or adult) who has been seen to do this! We hope all the children enjoy their hot chocolate pack - send us a picture of you enjoying your special celebration drink!

This week the following Clockhouse Citizens have been seen to be 'Making the Ordinary Extraordinary':

Reception - Zavian R (Scotland) for always following the 3R's and doing his best work.
Year 1 - Veer D (Spain) for having an excellent attitude to learning and making great progress since being in Year 1.
Year 2 - Harry N (Canada) for being a star working with others and for his knowledge of Computing when speaking with Miss Taylor.
Year 3 - Darshil P (Brazil) for always being respectful to others and for making a huge effort to improve his presentation in all books, but especially maths.
Year 4 - Harry A (Uganda) for putting 100% effort into his maths learning and working through all the challenges.
Year 5 - Billy B (Japan) for achieving an amazing score on his arithmetic.
Year 6 - Lucia B (New Zealand) for being a brilliant positive role model in PE this week.
Miss Ward - Grace P (Greenland) for her extraordinary ability when playing the glockenspiel.
Mrs Reinecke - Isla H (Australia) for her resilience and determination in cracking complicated maths puzzles.
Mrs Savidge - Aleyna N (Scotland) for making such a great start to Reception and always being keen to learn.

Well done to all these children and all the other children who have been seen to be 'Making the Ordinary Extraordinary' this week!

Our treats are ready to go and we are looking forward to Hot Chocolate Friday next week to celebrate with more fantastic Clockhouse people!
