Ice Cream with the Head

As you all know we are constantly striving to improve Clockhouse for your children.

This year we are 'Relentless and Rigorous' in everything we do to ensure that our school is a fabulous place to be and the children get the best all round experience possible. Each week, the Heads of Year as well as Miss Ward, Mrs Abeledo and Mrs Savidge choose a person (child or adult) who has been seen to do this and then they get to have Hot Chocolate with Mrs Savidge!

This week the following Clockhouse Citizens have been seen to be 'Relentless and Rigorous':

Nursery - Mable O for being relentless and rigorous with her efforts when mark making.
Reception - Alice C (Scotland) for being relentless and rigorous and always making a wonderful effort with her school work.
Year 1 - Cayson B (Italy) for being relentless and rigorous and always trying his best with his learning, especially in his writing.
Year 2 - Alexandra I (USA) for being relentless and rigorous in her learning and making a conscious effort to do the right thing, even when nobody is watching.
Year 3 - Henry C (Peru) for being relentless and rigorous with his writing and producing excellent descriptive work
Year 4 - Alex B (Uganda) for being relentless and rigorous and always trying really hard to improve his writing and he thinks about what he wants to write before putting it down on paper.
Year 5 - Elissa K-C (Japan) for  being relentless and rigorous and pushing herself outside of her comfort zone to achieve her potential.
Year 6 - Sebastian F (New Zealand) for his excellent effort and for being relentless and rigorous in the run up to the SATs tests!
Greenland - Leon L for  being relentless and rigorous  and engaging in his English target sessions with enthusiasm and resilience.
Miss Ward - Darcy S-T (South Africa) for being relentless and rigorous with her reading and phonics learning.  She has been and really applying herself in class.
Mrs Abeledo - Harry N (Fiji) for being relentless and rigorous in his desire and approach to help Mrs Abeledo.
Mrs Savidge - Orhan R (Italy) for being relentless and rigorous and sharing his amazing musical talent with us.

Well done to all these children and all the other children who have been seen to be 'Relentless and Rigorous' this week!
