Weekly reminders for week beginning 27th June 2016

Thank you to all for your support with Maths Week, particularly in sending in your change for the Snake Coin Challenge. The children certainly enjoyed themselves and we have received lots of positive feedback.

Brazil and Wales
Brazil and Wales continue with this years Celebration Assemblies on Monday, we look forward to seeing many of you there to celebrate all the learning that they have done so far this year. The assemblies promise to be a wonderful occasion if the efforts that the children have put into practising are anything to go by.
Brazil - 9.00am (Key Stage 2 Hall)
Wales - 2.50pm (Key stage 1 Hall)

Year 4
Two of the Year 4 classes are off to Havering Country Park this week as follows:
Uganda - Monday
Kenya - Thursday
South Africa will be going Tuesday 5th July.
Please send in consent forms if you have not done so already as without these the children will not be able to go on the trip.

Year 6
The Year 6 children are off to the Science Museum on Tuesday. Again please ensure that consent forms are returned.

Year 5 Meeting for Parents
Parents of children currently in Year 5, please do not forget that we have the meeting on Wednesday (5pm) where the Borough talk to you about the process of applying for a Secondary School place for your child. This will take place in the Key Stage 2 hall.

Sport
Good luck to the cricket team who play a small tournament at Clockhouse on Friday.

We also look forward to welcoming our new Reception Parents this week, you should all have had a letter by now to tell you when your meeting is.

Look out for the June newsletter coming out this week.

Have a good week everyone!
