Weekly reminders week beginning 20th June 2016

Thank you to everyone who supported us at the School Fete on Saturday, we hope you enjoyed the Street Party theme including the special guest! Your commitment to the cause  was admirable. It would be wrong not to recognise and thank the PA for the wonderful event they put on. This has been months of preparation and we hope you all agree they really did do a superb job - here is to the next event! I believe 17th December is penciled in for the Christmas Bazaar!

Thank you also for your support with the Enterprise Day that was held last week. As soon as we know the total raised, we will of course pass this onto you.

Maths Week
As you already know, this week is Maths Week. We have a lot of exciting things planned for the children. Please remember to send in any loose change for the Snake Coin Challenge on Tuesday!

Argentina and Northern Ireland
India and France continue this years round of Celebration Assemblies on Monday, we look forward to seeing many of you there to celebrate all the learning that they have done so far this year. Both assemblies promise to be a wonderful occasion if the efforts that the children have put into practising are anything to go by.

Argentina - 9am (Key Stage 2 Hall)
Northern Ireland - 2.45pm (Key Stage 1 Hall)

Year 1
Year 1 are off to Southend on Wednesday. Please send consent forms and money in by Monday if you have not done so already.

Year 6
The Year 6 children are off to the Havering Junior Citizen event on Thursday afternoon. Please ensure that permission slips have been returned if you have not done so already.

Sport
Good luck to the Netball team who play in the High 5 team and the girls football team who play Elm Park (away) on Monday and also good luck to the Year 3 and 4 athletics team who take part in the borough Quad Kids tournament on Tuesday. Thank you to the parents for providing transport.

Have a good week everyone!
