Day 26 of the Clockhouse Family

Good evening Clockhouse

Well done to all our fabulous Clockhouse Team. Not only have you managed to make the most of this snowy weather and have lots of fun, you have also been on Zoom and sent in lots of great learning. You are all amazing and doing a great job. It is so hard and I know many of you spend a lot of time worrying about the children's learning, their progress as well as their well-being. You are not alone and all children will cope differently. Children are surprisingly resilient and with your help and support will get through this. Each day that passes, if a day closer to school reopening and some normality coming back. KEEP GOING!

Please do be aware that in many of our Hawaii bubbles we are at capacity. Whilst we do not want to turn children away, it is getting that tight. Please do keep true at to why we are doing this - to keep everyone safe! It is a constant juggling act but we will continue to do our best. Obviously the more children we have in school the more staff we have to have and the greater the risk. If you do currently have a place in a Hawaii bubble which you no longer require please do let us know.

We hope you found the video and the learning about the safe use of the Internet useful today. If you have not seen the video made by Miss Taylor yet, please click on the link below:

Safer Internet Day 2021

I hope you found the virtual newsletter sent this morning helpful as well as seeing the focus for this week's 'Feel-good Friday Fashions' - What not to wear! I can feel some interesting outfits coming on! Well done also for all those who have got involved in the Hearts for Clockhouse appeal, remember our walkers are looking for them! They really are going far around the world! Keep the photos coming!

Team Hawaii have been back in school today and have enjoyed zooming with you all as well as playing the snow. I do know though, that they wished they had all the children with them!

Please do remember to keep in touch with us if you need to. If it all gets too much, put it down and come back to it when you are ready. Just keep trying and trying your best. What is your best will be different to others. Try not to compare yourselves. You are all in different circumstances, with different pressures and very different children. Keep being fabulous Team Clockhouse, we could not do this without each and every one of you. We are so grateful to work with such a supportive community. Please look after yourselves, follow the rules and stay safe, only by doing this and continuing to work together will we get through this and be back together again!

Remember we all need help sometimes, please do not be afraid to ask for it! Let us know and keep in touch! We are all getting through together, one step at a time!

Kind regards
Mrs Savidge
