Hot Chocolate with the Head

As you all know we are constantly striving to improve Clockhouse for your children.

This year we are all trying our best to 'Be Exceptional' in everything to ensure that our school is a fabulous place to be and the children get the best all round experience possible. Each week, the Heads of Year as well as Miss Ward, Mrs Reinecke and Mrs Savidge choose a person (child or adult) who has been seen to do this and then they get to have Hot Chocolate with Mrs Savidge!

This week the following Clockhouse Citizens have been seen to 'Be Exceptional':

Reception - Luis M (Wales) for trying exceptionally hard with his letter formation and presentation.
                 - Mrs Nash for being exceptionally helpful at lunchtimes.
Year 1 - Foley B (Spain) for having exceptional sticky knowledge when naming the different animals.
Year 2 - Rayyan R (Mexico) for an exceptional approach to learning and behaviour every day.
Year 3 - Hallee V (Brazil) for her exceptional manners and for how exceptional she is at helping both her classmates and adults in the classroom at all times.
Year 4 - Isa I (Uganda) for being exceptional in RE by being fully engaged, linking Judaism to his own religion and sharing his knowledge of prayer and worship with the whole class.
Year 5 - Jody W (Japan) for always showing exceptional behaviour in class and in the playground and for always trying his best to be the best person he can be.
Year 6 - Bella C (Fiji) for exceptional perseverance in maths this week.
Greenland - Khloe F for exceptional engagement with her story of the week and ordering the story completely independently.
Miss Ward - Darine A (USA) for making exceptional progress with her reading.
Mrs Reinecke - Ahad M (Fiji) for being a quiet but exceptional role model of resilience and determination.
Mrs Savidge - Ronnie S (Canada) for making exceptional progress with his maths learning.

Well done to all these children and all the other children who have been seen to 'Be Exceptional' this week!

We loved having hot chocolate with Mrs Savidge!
