Hot Chocolate with the Head

As you all know we are constantly striving to improve Clockhouse for your children.

This year we are all trying our best to 'Be Exceptional' in everything to ensure that our school is a fabulous place to be and the children get the best all round experience possible. Each week, the Heads of Year as well as Miss Ward, Mrs Reinecke and Mrs Savidge choose a person (child or adult) who has been seen to do this and then they get to have Hot Chocolate with Mrs Savidge!

This week the following Clockhouse Citizens have been seen to 'Be Exceptional':

Nursery - Roya for her exceptional enthusiasm.
George C for trying exceptionally hard to follow routines.
Reception - Leonardo J (Scotland) for exceptional behaviour and always trying hard with his work.
Year 1 - Ellie S (Spain) for making exceptional progress in her phonics and passing her screening.
Year 2 - Mrs Holt for her exceptional work not only at lunchtime, but to always support Year 2.
Year 3 - Poppy V (Argentina) for working so hard and being exceptional.
Year 4 - Dylan M (Uganda) for showing exceptional French learning and showing respect and maturity to our recent visitors!
Year 5 - Jake W (India) working exceptionally hard in class and always being happy to help with handing out resources.
Year 6 - Darren H (Australia) for his exceptional writing and thoughtful use of vocabulary.
Greenland - Khloe F for her exceptional determination to work independently in English.
Miss Ward - Hudaifa M (Australia) for being exceptionally respectful around the school and helping others.
Mrs Reinecke - Gabriela K (Wales) for sitting and listening so respectfully to all the class assemblies. She was an exceptional model despite only being in Reception!
Mrs Savidge - Andrew G (India) for trying exceptionally hard and being a great member of the Clockhouse team.

Well done to all these children and all the other children who have been seen to 'Be Exceptional' this week!
