Running into History!

Clockhouse exhibited exemplary behaviour, resilience, sportsmanship, and determination at the recent cross country event held at Stubbers in Upminster. The children displayed remarkable qualities throughout the day, making the school proud.

Sportsmanship was a key element that shone through in their performance. They celebrated both their successes and others with genuine delight. Encouraging words were shared, helping everyone to feel motivated and appreciated. The team's positive attitudes created an inclusive and uplifting atmosphere.

Clockhouse had a fantastic outcome at the end of the day, with Year 6 girls finishing in 5th place overall against 24 other schools. Year 6 boys finished with an impressive result of coming 11th out of 24 schools. Year 5 also worked extremely hard with the girls finishing 15th and the boys coming in 10th place. With the combined scores Year 5 and 6 girls finished in 9th position with the Year 5 and 6 boys coming in 11th place overall, what a fantastic achievement for Clockhouse. We are so impressed with the progress of cross country this year, well done to you all.
