Good evening Clockhouse
I hope you
have had a good day, you are all doing such a fabulous job during this
difficult and uncertain time. We have received more great photos today. Thank
you so much for sending your pictures in for today's challenge, it meant so
much to us all. Please keep them coming if you have not done so already.
I hope you
have all seen the letter I posted on Class Dojo regarding the return to school
for Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and Year 6. Please do look at this if you have
not done so already. As I hope you can see plans are taking shape slowly! We
have already received 81 responses from the year groups which is great but does
mean that still have approximately 270 responses to go. Please do make sure you
complete the questionnaire by Friday 22nd May at 9am. The
Senior Leadership Team will be back in school then to make further plans and
this information is vital to our planning. Thank you in advance.
In school, the
children have had a busy and fun day, they completed their Google Classroom
learning whilst also doing some art and DT activities, they certainly enjoyed
flying their kites and aeroplanes. 'Team W2' have been working with the
children and supporting the community. Miss Everingham has worked with Nursery,
Reception and Year 1, Miss Martin with Year 2, 3 and 4 and Miss Wilson with
Year 5 and 6. They have been supported by Mrs Smith, Mrs Jackson and Miss
Whitlock. Mrs Newman has been in the office and we also had Mr Gary with us. I
have been also been in school today.
Don't forget
I will be
hosting our next virtual Achievement Assembly on Friday at 9.10am.
Please keep
using #ourclockhousefamily with things that we are posting as a further way of
keeping in touch. We might not be seeing each other every day but we are still
one community who care for each other!
Our community
- Our school - A family and a home for everyone!
Stay safe and
keep smiling
