Day 33 of the Clockhouse Family

Good evening Clockhouse

I hope you have had a good day, I so admire you all for making the very best of this situation. It is so hard for us all but each day that passes the sooner this will be over thankfully. We have received more great photos today, please do keep going despite sometimes not wanting to - I think we all know how that feels at times!

I hope you enjoyed story time with Mrs Booth earlier in the week and with Mrs Curry today. I have also been impressed with the distance some of your paper aeroplanes have travelled from the challenge of the day.

Well done to all of those who have sent the video messages for classes and the school. They really are lovely - please keep them coming. Remember you have until the end of the day on Friday to send them in. Below is the reminder about this, is you have not seen it yet.

In school, the children have been busy, they completed their Google Classroom learning as well as make preparations for VE Day and doing some PE. 'Team W2' have been working with the children and supporting the community. Mrs Olivier has worked with Nursery, Reception and Year 1. Miss Herrera with Year 2, 3 and 4 and Miss Ward with Year 5 and 6. They have been supported by Mrs Faux and Mrs Orchard. Mrs Kenealy has been in the office and we also had Mr Gary and Mr Ron with us. Mrs Reinecke has been in school today, whilst I have been only a call away.

Don't forget

It is VE Day on Friday, we are looking forward to seeing all that you get up to.
I will be hosting our next virtual Achievement Assembly on Friday at 9.10am.

Please keep using #ourclockhousefamily with things that we are posting as a further way of keeping in touch. We might not be seeing each other every day but we are still one community who care for each other!

REMEMBER to send your video messages in to office@clockhouse.havering.sch.uk

Our community - Our school - A family and a home for everyone!
Stay safe and keep smiling
Mrs Savidge
