Good evening Clockhouse
Well, here we are at the
end of week 3 and what a good week it has been! Christmas seems like a dim and
distant past and we continue to work through this marathon together. Thank you
as always for getting involved and for your positive feedback. I think we can
all agree that whatever our part to play in this, we are all doing our absolute
best. We all have bad days and this is allowed - please do not give yourselves
a hard time over this. We know many of you are juggling many things at home and
your commitment and resilience and that of children is admirable. Remember this
is a marathon not a sprint!
Well done to Team Hawaii who have continued to take this new way of schooling in their stride! Thank you to you all for ensuring that you are only sending your children to school if absolutely necessary. The more children who can stay at home, the safer we all are and the quicker we will get through this time.
I hope you all enjoyed Achievement Assembly this morning and Hot Chocolate with the head. Well done to all those who got in Sumdog competition, I am reliably informed we are doing quite well so do not give up! We are looking forward to seeing lots of hearts in the windows of Collier Row (have a look on School Story, the Facebook Page of Twitter if you do not know what I am talking about). Look out for 'Clockhouse does Strictly' coming your way over the weekend!
Please do have a rest and do some fun things so that you are ready, refreshed and ready to go again on Monday. I will be in touch with the normal Sunday reminders.
All that leaves me to say is, thank you for your continued support and kind words at what is such a difficult time for us all and from all at Clockhouse have a great weekend at home! A big round of applause and thank you for our wonderful community.
Have a good one!
Enjoy the selection of photos!
Our community - Our school - A family and a home for everyone!
Stay safe and keep smiling
Mrs Savidge
