Hot Chocolate with the Head

As we all know, Hot Chocolate with the Head is an important part of Clockhouse. Obviously due to the current situation we find ourselves in, sadly it is still not possible for us to come together to celebrate which is such a shame. However, we do not want the children to miss out and therefore the chosen children will get a special Hot Chocolate pack to enjoy at home! 

As you all know we are constantly striving to improve Clockhouse for your children. 

This year we are all 'Making the Ordinary Extraordinary' to ensure our school is a fabulous place to be and the children the best all round experience possible. Each week, the Heads of Year as well as Miss Ward, Mrs Reinecke and Mrs Savidge choose a person (child or adult) who has been seen to do this! We hope all the children enjoy their hot chocolate pack - send us a picture of you enjoying your special celebration drink!

This week the following Clockhouse Citizens have been seen to be 'Making the Ordinary Extraordinary':

Reception - Colby V (Wales) for always being enthusiastic about his learning.

Year 1 - Amelia P (Italy) for always following the three R's and being polite to others.

Year 2 - Jack B Mexico) for being a fantastic Class Ambassador and greeting our visitors this week.

Year 3 - Isla S (Peru) for supporting the new children who have joined our class.  She has helped them to set their work out correctly and how to complete the next step comments.

Year 4 - Annabelle L (South Africa) for consistently showing the 3R's and being a super role model to her peers.

Year 5 - Kristina P (Japan) for amazing science understanding and knowledge.

Year 6 - Alex C (Australia) for persistently challenging himself every day.

Miss Ward - Hilari C (Mexico) for being so helpful to staff and using her knowledge of Spanish to translate for others.

Mrs Reinecke - Chloe S (Australia) for fantastic learning in PE and making the ordinary extraordinary.
Mrs Savidge - Yusuf A (Spain) for extraordinary maths work.

Well done to all these children and all the other children who have been seen to be 'Making the Ordinary Extraordinary' this week!

Our treats are ready to go and we are looking forward to Hot Chocolate Friday next week to celebrate with more fantastic Clockhouse people!
