who has earned the Learning Champion Award for 2022-2023!
This young lady has made outstanding progress in her learning since joining Year 2, especially in her reading and writing. Her attitude to learning has improved so much recently, she impresses me every day with the thoughtful answers she gives and intelligent questions that she asks across all areas of learning. Even in subjects which she can find more challenging, she is becoming much more resilient and willing to try again when things don't go right straight away. She is working so hard and really deserves this award - I cannot wait to see how far she will go in the future!

Warith P (Kenya)
who has earned the Learning Champion Award for 2022-2023!
Warith has continued to impress myself and other adults in the classroom over the last few months. He comes into the class with a positive and determined attitude in all of his subjects. He has shown continued willingness to learn and push himself, particularity in his writing. There has not been a lesson where he is not ready, engaged and enthusiastic. I cannot wait to see the progress he will continue to make thoughout the rest of Year 4. Keep up the amazing work Warith!
Ma'sum K (South Africa)
who has earned the Learning Champion Award for 2022-2023!
At times, Ma'sum finds some of the learning a challenge. However, he never gives up and wants to do his best. We have seen a big improvement in his maths work and this has allowed him to develop his confidence. He is becoming more willing to answer questions in class and to recall what has been taught earlier in the lesson or in a previous lesson. He is now concentrating on his writing and developing strategies to help him write independently. Well done Ma'sum. You should be very proud of your achievements and your positive attitude towards your learning. Keep up the hard work!

Since returning back to school after Christmas he has tackled every learning challenge with such enthusiasm and determination. He has shown great improvement with his 2 minute challenge and his writing recently has blown me away. I’m so proud of the progress he has made so far and he has such a positive attitude towards his learning. He completes every challenge with a smile and never gives up when it can get tricky!
