Year 2 had a great time when they headed back to Colchester for the second time this year. This time was to help apply and further their learning on castles! They had a fabulous day and impressed everyone with how much they had remembered from their history lessons! They had the opportunity to explore the castle on a guided tour, visit the museum and its interactive displays, as well as take part in a teacher led activity to develop their understanding of the roles of people who would have lived in a medieval castle. It also gave them the opportunity to have a sneak peak at some of the things they will be learning about in Key Stage 2!
As always, they did an excellent job of representing Clockhouse in the wider community.
