Clockhouse impress at Cross Country event

The Year 5 and 6 Cross Country teams were filled with energy and excitement as they prepared to take on a 2K run across Stubbers. The race was an opportunity for the children to push themselve to their limit, test their stamina and show their dedication. Every child gave their absolute best and all were impressive in their effort and determination to complete the challenging course.

Year 5:
Standout Performers:
  • Olivia (Japan) – Olivia finished 5th overall, an outstanding achievement that highlighted her strong stamina and focus throughout the race.
  • George (China) – George finished in 12th place, showcasing excellent determination and effort to secure a top spot in a competitive field.
The Year 5 team finished an impressive 10th out of 27 schools. Their performance was a testament to their hard work during training and their resilience on the day. The students worked together, supporting each other throughout the race, and showed great perseverance as they crossed the finish line.

Year 6:

The Year 6 team also delivered a fantastic effort, finishing 12th out of 27 schools. Their performance demonstrated both individual and collective determination. Each runner gave their all, pushing themselves through the course and finishing with pride.

Robyn (Fiji), Isla (Australia), Isabelle(Australia).


Both Year 5 and Year 6 groups impressed with their dedication, stamina, and team spirit. Each child worked hard in preparation for the race and gave it their all on the day. The cross-country event was a true test of endurance, and all students should be proud of their achievements.
