On Wednesday 26th February, children in Year 3 and 4 attended an exciting cheerleading workshop at Hornchurch Sports Centre. The afternoon was filled with energetic activities and a chance for the children to learn new cheerleading stunts, jumps, lifts and tumbles. The workshop was both fun and challenging, pushing the children to work on their timing, coordination, and counts in order to create a fantastic performance. Throughout the session, the girls demonstrated fantastic teamwork, supporting each other as they practised their routine. The children were encouraged to give their best effort while learning new skills and perfecting their moves.
At the end of the workshop, the girls showcased their newly learned skills by performing in front of the other schools attending the session. It was clear that they had put in great effort. Their teamwork and talent shone through in their performance. Overall, the cheerleading workshop was a huge success, with the children displaying both their hard work and enthusiasm.
