Hot Chocolate with the Head

As you all know we are constantly striving to improve Clockhouse for your children.

This year we are 'Relentless and Rigorous' in everything we do to ensure that our school is a fabulous place to be and the children get the best all round experience possible. Each week, the Heads of Year as well as Miss Ward, Mrs Abeledo and Mrs Savidge choose a person (child or adult) who has been seen to do this and then they get to have Hot Chocolate with Mrs Savidge!

This week the following Clockhouse Citizens have been seen to be 'Relentless and Rigorous':

Nursery - Mariam A for being relentless and rigorous and showing good counting.
Reception - Jasmin A (Wales) for being relentless and rigorous and showing a wonderful improvement with her reading.
Year 1 - Ronnie S (Italy) for being relentless and rigorous and showing excellent effort and persistence with his spellings.
Year 2 -   Taylor W-P (Canada) for relentless and rigorous and always trying his best and being rigorous in all his learning.
Year 3 - Matteo V (Peru) for relentless and rigorous pushing himself with his reading at home and at school.
Year 4 - Ariyan A (South Africa) for being relentless and rigorous and working hard to challenge himself, particularly in English. He is starting to think of ways to bring his writing to life and it is becoming much more engaging to read!
Year 5 - Joe M (India) for his relentless and rigorous attitude towards learning. He always tries his best and has a relentless approach to learning.
Year 6 - James M-H (New Zealand) because he is being relentless and rigorous with trying to improve his writing, particularly with spelling and grammar.
Greenland - Shayaan A for his exceptional engagement in new learning activities. He is being relentless and rigorous.
Miss Ward -  Avery R (Japan) for being relentless and rigorous in her determination and effort with her learning.  She is making some brilliant progress and her writing is fabulous to read!
Mrs Abeledo - Tessa B (Fiji) for being relentless and rigorous in her determination and approach even when things get difficult.
Mrs Savidge - Dollie- Lou W (South Africa) for being relentless and rigorous in her approach to reading and trying really hard to improve.

Well done to all these children and all the other children who have been seen to be 'Relentless and Rigorous' this week!
