The Year 3 and 4 football event took place at Noak Hill Sports Centre. The Clockhouse team arrived ready to play and quickly began to mould together as a team.
The day started with a tough opening match, but the boys remained positive and continued to work hard. In the second match, Clockhouse found their stride and secured a fantastic 2–0 victory, with goals from Hector and Dylan. Ralphie also made some excellent saves in goal, helping the team keep a clean sheet.
The day continued with another strong performance in the next match. Ellis managed to find the back of the net with a well-taken goal, although the game unfortunately resulted in a loss.
Throughout the tournament, the boys played fantastically and showed great confidence, teamwork and determination. Up front, Ralphie, Ellis and Dylan worked hard to create chances, while Sebastian, Hector and David were strong in defence. In midfield, Jayce, Jack and James controlled the centre of the pitch well, linking play between defence and attack.
Overall, it was a brilliant effort from the team, who represented Clockhouse with great enthusiasm and sportsmanship throughout the day.
Well done Team !
