Are you eligible for Free School Meals - please read below

Dear Parents / Carers

Thank you to those of you who have been so respectful when having food delivered or collecting from school this week

I have been informed by the Local Authority that at some point next week, this will be changing. Up until this point the current arrangements will be in place.

Moving forward the provision for children eligible for Free School Meals will be in the form of a food pack. This pack will be issued on a weekly basis (currently we are unsure of the date.

The Catering Team have tried to keep packs as neutral as possible to suit all dietary requirements with easy to use ingredients that can produce quick lunches at home. The pack will include:

1 x Princess Tuna Chunks in Brine (185g)
1 x Baked Beans (Heinz 400g)
2 x Cheese Triangles
3 x Jacket Potatoes
1 x Loaf of Bread (Wholemeal)
5 x Pieces of Fruit - Apple, Pear, Banana or Satsuma
1 x 3 Long Life Yoghurts (mixed flavours)
2 x Assorted Biscuits

This pack is for one child, so those with more than one child in the family will get a larger pack.

We have had a number of families who will be entitled to this should they want it. To this end, and to ensure maximum planning, we need to know that if your child is eligible for Free School Meals and you will be needing to pick up a pack or have one dropped to you.

Please complete the information below and as far as is possible and return this to school by 12pm tomorrow so that we can plan. Please return the following information to:
