Clockhouse Tee Off with something new

Clockhouse took a group of Year 4 children to play in the Havering Tri-Golf Festival.

As a school this is something completely new that we have never played before. The festival involved using golf related skills to score points for the team.

As the festival went on Clockhouse found a rhythm and played some nice strokes. Resulting in a 4th place finish.

Mr Yarrow spoke about the event saying 'It's great to not only try new sports but also give children lower dont the school pyramid a chance to get out and represent the school in inter-school support.

The children had a lot of fun and learnt some skills that they can transfer back into PE and in other life skills.

I'd like to thank theboarents for transporting the children. Well done everyone!'
