Hot Chocolate with the Head

As you all know we are constantly striving to improve Clockhouse for your children. 

This year we are all 'Making the Ordinary Extraordinary' to ensure our school is a fabulous place to be and the children the best all round experience possible. Each week, the Heads of Year as well as Miss Ward, Mrs Reinecke and Mrs Savidge choose a person (child or adult) who has been seen to do this! We hope all the children enjoy their hot chocolate pack - send us a picture of you enjoying your special celebration drink!

This week the following Clockhouse Citizens have been seen to be 'Making the Ordinary Extraordinary':

Nursery -   Jacob S for doing so well in the Nursery and adapting very well with his arm in a cast. He has shown great resilience.
Reception - Bella W (Scotland) for trying very hard to work more independently on her work.

Year 1 - Mandy S (France) for always trying her best in her learning and being caring towards her friends. 

Year 2 - Altay G (Canada) for always working hard to continue his learning in class at home.

Year 3 - Adam B (Brazil) for his great work about time and his wonderful writing of a persuasive letter.

Year 4 - Piper P (South Africa) for sharing her learning about science with the class and recalling everything she has learnt in the subject throughout the year. 

Year 5 - Faith W (India) for her amazing artwork. She takes her time and really thinks about the work she is producing.

Year 6 - Harry M (Australia) for exceptional behaviour and kindness towards other children. 

Miss Ward - Harry I (Northern Ireland) for working so hard to develop his skill all round.

Mrs Reinecke - Alfie S-P (Fiji) for great determination and team work during P.E. sessions on Wednesday.

Mrs Savidge - Aaron P-P (Kenya) for working so hard and being a polite, well-mannered child at all times.

Well done to all these children and all the other children who have been seen to be 'Making the Ordinary Extraordinary' this week!

Our treats are ready to go and we are looking forward to Hot Chocolate Friday next week to celebrate with more fantastic Clockhouse people!
