who has earned the Learning Champion Award for 2022-2023!
Since the beginning of the year Alex has shown a great eagerness to learn. He is always excited about what he is learning about, particularly his topic lessons. He loved our DT topic about mechanisms so much that he went home and made his own mechanisms and brought them into school to show me what he had done. His parents have also noticed a change in his excitement for learning and willingness to continue his learning at home.

who has earned the Respect Champion Award for 2022-2023!
Alex is a kind person and constantly shows the 3R's no matter the lesson or time of day. He also listens to others and pays great attaention in class. He is polite and always asks politely before doing something. He is a great example to his peers.
Danilo R (Kenya)
who has earned the Respect Champion Award for 2022-2023!
Danilo always shows respect to his peers and teachers both inside and outside of the classroom. He arrives each day ready to begin his learning and has proudly taken on the role as class ambassador. I have seen his confidence grow talking to other adults in the school and sharing his learning. On numerous occasions his peers in the class have told me how polite and respectful he has been to them. He has been seen by myself and other teachers to have made an extra effort to congratulate other students when they have made an achievement both in the classroom and in the playground. He is an exceptional role model to all in Kenya, well done Danilo!
Abigail H (Fiji)
who has earned the Learning Champion Award for 2022-2023!
After completing her mock exams and feeling quite nervous about them, she has really worked hard at applying herself and making improvements in learning. She is actively asking for help and guidance and the improvement within a week has been astounding. I hope she can see just how capable she really is and remembers what this moment feels like for when her next mock exams come - she really can smash it if she continues to believe in her ability and strive for excellent learning and outcomes.
