It was lovely to welcome the community back to school last week and to hear about everyone's holiday.
Thank you for your responses to the questionnaire as well as your positive feedback from Parents' Evening. We hope you found the meetings with your child's teachers useful and were proud to hear what the teachers had to say. Best of British Week
This week we will be celebrating Britain and the British Culture with our annual Best of British Week. This year will will be learning about significant places around Britain and British artists. On Friday the children will be having a class picnic whilst taking part in the Great British Clockhouse Quiz. Please do send in a small amount of food for this as per the letter that came out before the holiday via Dojo.
Amazing Attendance and Perfect Punctuality
This week is our termly focus Attendance and Punctuality Week. Please make every effort to ensure that your child is in school everyday and on time! We really do need to work together to improve the children's attendance across the school and need your help to do so. Together we CAN DO IT! Look out for the daily updates! Who will win the top prize?
On Friday we will be holding our annual Remembrance Day Service. This has now become some what of a Clockhouse Tradition and an important date in our school calendar. Look out for the displays on the school fence as always. The children always work hard to complete these.
Year 3 and Year 5
We look forward to welcoming our Year 3 and Year 5 parents for Learn with my Child on Tuesday morning (Year 3) and Wednesday morning (Year 5) at 9.30am - 11.45. Please come for as little or as much as you can. As with the other year groups, regrettably we are unable to accommodate younger siblings at these events.

Is your child, or a child you know due to start Nursery in September 2023
We are looking forward to welcoming prospective parents / carers into school on Tuesday 10.00am and again at 4.00pm. Please call the school to book this or a tour later in the term.
Sport
Good luck to the Year 5 and 6 Football Team who take part in the annual Football League on Tuesday afternoon.
