Weekly reminders for week beginning 8th July 2024

Happy 90th Birthday Clockhouse!

Well last week was a very busy week at Clockhouse - just the way we like it and this week is just the same!

Thank you to everyone who came to support OCA at the fete despite the weather - wow what a wonderful community you are. Your commitment was admirable! We hope you all had a wonderful time!

Thank you to the parents and families who joined us on the last week for the Celebration Assemblies of Scotland, Italy, Kenya and Argentina, we are sure you will agree they were a lovely occasion and we look forward to seeing more of you at these events during the term.

Happy 90th Birthday Clockhouse
On Monday and Tuesday we will celebrating our 90th Birthday!

Please join us in the front playground before school (from 8.30) to get the party started! Please be aware the back gate will not open until 8.50am. Doors will open normal time. Please encourage the children to join in with Mrs Everingham who will be leading a dance the children have been practising. You are, of course, welcome to join in too.

The chiildren will be taking part in various activities. An ice cream van will be coming on Monday for all children from Reception to Year 6. Nursery will also get an ice lolly treat. Any concerns, please see class teachers. On Tuesday a West Ham legend and former pupil will be coming to visit.

An exciting week for us all when we hope to make lots of memories.

End of Year Questionnaire - please help us help you!
Thank you to all those who have completed the end of year questionnaire, which provides us with some great information about the school. If you have not done so already, please do take the time to complete it by following the link below (you have until Friday 12th July to complete it):

School Reports
Please be aware that your child's annual school report will be coming out via Dojo after school on Monday. If you would like a paper copy please do let teachers or the office know. For those in Reception, Year 1 and some of Year 2 -  your child will also come home with an envelope with the statutory tests results in them.

Should you wish to discuss your child’s report with myself or the class teacher, arrangements for this will be communicated with you before the end of term or can happen on 15th July at Open Evening.

Year 6 results will be coming after they are received (9th July) and then checked. We will get these out to you as soon as we can.
