Weekly reminders for week beginning 20th April 2015

It was lovely to welcome the children and families back to school last week and hear all about the holidays that had been had.

We have another busy week ahead at Clockhouse with a lot going on.

Monday sees class photo day - best smiles at the ready!

Please remember that on Thursday, in conjunction with the PA, we are celebrating St. George's Day and for a small donation we ask that the children come to school dressed in red and white day (see Year 2 message below).

5AK and 2TR
5AK and 2TR start this years round of Celebration Assemblies on Tuesday, we look forward to seeing many of you there to celebrate all the learning that they have done so far this year. Both assemblies promise to be a wonderful occasion if the efforts that the children have put into practising are anything to go by.
5AK - 9am (Key Stage 2 Hall)
2TR - 2.45pm (Key stage 1 Hall)

Year 3
Year 3 will be visiting the Havering Museum in Romford on Wednesday. Please ensure that, if you have not done so already, consent forms are returned to the Year 3 class teachers tomorrow to ensure that the children can participate.

We are looking forward to welcoming our Year 3 families to school on Thursday afternoon (2.45) to celebrate their end of theme, we are told you will also be treated to milk shake.

Year 2
Year 2 are off to Bedfords Park on Thursday. Please ensure that, if you have not done so already, consent forms are returned to the Year 2 class teachers tomorrow to ensure that the children can participate along with indicating whether your child requires a school packed lunch. Due to Year 2 going to Bedfords Park on Thursday and needing to wear school uniform, they can come to school dressed in red and white on Friday instead.

Good luck to the boys football team who play Towers Junior at home on Tuesday – all cheering is obviously welcome! Also, good luck to the Netball team who play Scotts on Wednesday, to the Year 3 / 4 Tag Rugby team who take part in a Borough completion on Thursday afternoon and to the Year 5 / 6 Tag Rugby team who take on St. Peters (away) on Friday.

Please look out for the April newsletter coming out this week.

Have a good week everyone!
