The Havering Council Waste & Recycling Team are offering
families in the Borough the opportunity to take part in a Free Family Cookery
Workshop, as part of the Sainsbury’s Waste Less Save More campaign.
These workshops will include craft activities, family pizza making, cooking
demonstrations, and information and discussions on how to reduce food waste at
home to save the family up to £60 a month. Families that attend will also
receive a free waste prevention kitchen kit worth approximately £10.
Spaces at these workshops are very limited and must be booked in advance.
Residents can visit www.havering.gov.uk/familycooking to register their
