Time to CELEBRATE - Value Champion Alert!

We are very excited and pleased to share with you that we have more Clockhouse Value Champions of 2022-2023!

A huge congratulations to

Gracie B (New Zealand)
who has earned the Learning Champion Award for 2022-2023!

Gracie has been working really hard in her lessons but what I am most impressed with is her dedication to improving in those subjects that she finds the most challenging. Her focus and perseverance has been brilliant to watch - she is even doing extra learning at home every night so she can practise her skills. I know she will continue to make the massive strides in her knowledge and skills that she is aiming for if she continues as she has been.

Freddie R (New Zealand)
who has earned the Learning Champion Award for 2022-2023!

Freddie always works incredibly well in all of his lessons but the work he has completed recently in English has been amazing. Not always overly confident in his English, it has been wonderful to see how he has immersed himself in our recent texts and really pushed himself with improving his vocabulary and sentence structure to create some really lovely pieces of writing. Keep going Freddy!

Darren H (Australia)
who has earned the Learning Champion Award for 2022-2023!

Leading up to and now after the half term we have really begun to see a new side to Darren. He is focused with his learning, wants to do well and is putting his hand up to answer questions at every opportunity (something he would never have done a few months ago!). Because of this hardworking attitude to his learning, he has produced some fabulous work and we are all proud of how far he has come in such a short space of time!

River S (Australia)
who has earned the Nurture Champion Award for 2022-2023!

River is one of the kindest children I have ever met and he has been working on his confidence over the last term. On Friday in our art lesson he and another pupil were both sitting together and really encouraging each other! They do not usually love an art lesson but the way they were helping each other every time they drew something was just so lovely to see and they were both telling each other that they were enjoying the lesson and for that he deserves his nurture badge.

Maisie S (Australia)
who has earned the Nurture Champion Award for 2022-2023!

Maisie is one of the kindest children I have ever met and she has been working on her confidence over the last term. On Friday in our art lesson she and another pupil were both sitting together and really encouraging each other! Lola S-E (India)
who has earned the Learning Champion Award for 2022-2023!

She has been really focused on her learning this term and is really curious, so she is always asking questions to better her understanding of a topic.  She has very high standards which means her work is presented beautifully and to the best of her ability. She always craves to be better. What a star! Keep it up.

Danny S (India)
who has earned the Learning Champion Award for 2022-2023!

He has been working really hard since September, he listens carefully to instructions and class input.  His knowledge of different subjects is excellent. Danny has made excellent progress this year, I am so proud of him. Keep up the good work.

Oliver G (Uganda)
who has earned the Learning Champion Award for 2022-2023!

This child is always wanting to learn more and more. He takes on board feedback that is given to him and always tries to improve his learning. I have seen a real push in himself since the start of the year and know he can achieve great things with his positive mindset.

Dina T (Uganda)
who has earned the Excellence Champion Award for 2022-2023!

Over the past half a term, I have seen this person grow and grow in confidence and show such an excitement for learning. They are first to want to share their learning the class and tries to support others to do their best too!

Harry T (Brazil)
who has earned the Learning Champion Award for 2022-2023!

Wow - I am so impressed with how far this student has come in such a short space of time. Since Christmas, he has developed a real thirst for learning. He always puts in his 100% effort and it is really starting to show. He knows what he needs to work on and is trying his hardest to learn how to make the improvements. I was so impressed with how well he did on our recent assessments and I can tell that the hard work he is putting in in school and at home is really paying off! He definitely deserves to be recognised with the learning badge.

Isla-Rae W (USA)
who has earned the Excellence Champion Award for 2022-2023!

This person is putting so much effort into everything she does at school and I want her to know that I notice and appreciate it so much!  She tries her very best in every lesson and completes every task to the best of her ability.  She listens carefully during lesson inputs, thinks deeply about what we are discussing and always has an interesting and relevant answer to any question. As well as this fabulous effort with her learning, she is also a polite, respectful and helpful member of our class.  Isla, you are a star!

Veer D (USA)
who has earned the Nurture Champion Award for 2022-2023!

This person is always the first to notice if anyone (including the adults!) in our class is feeling sad or struggling, and does everything he can to make them feel better.  He is calm and thoughtful and gives great advice to his friends if they are hurt or upset and knows just how to help them calm down and feel better.  He is friendly, polite and helpful to children and adults alike and we are so lucky to have him as a member of our class. Well done Veer, we are so proud of you!

A huge well done from everyone at Clockhouse - wear your Values Champion Badge with pride!
