Weekly reminders for week beginning 23rd January 2017

Another good week was had a Clockhouse last week and as always we thank you for the support you give us with all that we do! We have another busy week ahead.

Nursery and Reception
Foundation Stage look forward to welcoming parents / carers to school throughout the week to celebrate Chinese New Year with the children. Please check with the teachers as to when your session is if you are unsure or if you need to swap sessions.

Year 1
Year 1 are looking forward to welcoming a police dog to school on Monday to support their learning. Please speak to your child's class teacher is you have any questions.

Year 3
Year 3 are off to Collier Row on Thursday to look at local amenities. Please ensure consent forms are returned on Monday if you have not done so already.

Year 5
Royal Liberty come to Clockhouse on Monday to work with Year 5 on some very exciting Science work. This is always a very worthwhile experience for the children and we hope that they all enjoy it.

Sweden comes to Clockhouse
We are very excited as we have a number of Sewdish delegates visiting  the school on Tuesday to get ideas to take back to Sweden in terms of the ICT provision we offer our pupils. We are all looking forward to welcoming them to the school.

Clockhouse visit to the Bett Exhibition
Mr Bottrill, Mr Pavan, Mrs O'Connor and some of our digital leaders are off to visit the Bett Exhibition on Wednesday. This is to investigate new technologies that we could have in school in the future - a very exciting opportunity.

Sport
Good luck to the boys football team who play Crowlands at home on Tuesday and to the netball team who play Harold Wood on Wednesday again at home.
